Trillium Notary Public offers mobile Notary Public & Commissioning of documents at your location within the Greater Toronto area.  We understand that it is often more convenient for all parties and witnesses to attend a mutually agreeable location.  Our mobile Notary services facilitates you, your family, and your associates on your  schedule.  

Your documents are notarized or commissioned by a Provincially appointed Notary Public, licenced with the Law Society of Ontario. 

Our fee includes travel cost, and we offer discounts for notarizing multiple documents on a single visit.    

We accept contactless payment:  Debit, Credit, Visa, Mastercard, or cash.

WHAT IS NOTARY?

A Notary Public can perform all the tasks of a Commissioner of Oath.   Notarizing a document  includes certifying a true copy of a document, witnessing of signatures, declaration, etc.

Notarizing a document involves all parties and witnesses signing a document in front of a Notary Public.  The document will be signed by the Notary Public and a seal will be affixed and embossed onto the document.

WHAT IS COMMISSIONING?


Commissioning a document essentially involves all applicable parties declaring the contents of the documents are true.  All persons will sign the documents in front of a  Commissioner of Oath, which will subsequently be sign and stamped.  

Note: the Commissioner does not validate the content or truthfulness of the documents.  

Please do not sign the documents before hand.  The Commissioner of Oath must observe all signing after being sworn/affirming/solemn declaration.
